Reformer Core

Want a waistline that’s whittled, flat and lean? This 30 minute class is all about your ABS and will create deep strength and full integration of the powerhouse of your body. Expect a strong core, stable pelvis, supported back and flat abs!

Reformer HIIT

High intensity intervals performed on & next to the reformer. A meeting of two worlds? Yes. A double of results? You betcha! Bringing you the proven results of high intensity interval conditioning fused with the supportive challenge of the reformer this 45minute class is guaranteed to sizzle calories and burn fat!

Reformer Plus

Bringing you the best exercises for total conditioning with a little extra! Top to toe this class will get you in shape using not only the reformer, but also therabands, magic circles, free weights, yoga blocks & more! All a plus! A fun, all levels 45 minute class that delivers strength and tone to every inch of your body.

Abs, Butts and Thighs

A 45 Minute circuit class which focus on the Core, Gluteus, Abductors, Adductors, Hamstrings and Quadriceps Muscles.The class is based on concepts of Pilates, Core stability and Strength Training to accelerate the toning of those hard to target area’s. The class is conducted as a circuit class without the intensity of a HIIT class.

Booty Blitz

A lower body, glutes focussed class (Boost the Booty)! Our new class is strength focused incorporating ankle weights, paired with functional movement to strengthen and tone the glutes and thighs.

Strength

This is a 45 min full body workout. In this class you will use Barbells and Dumbells and Power Sled. This program will increase the metabolism and support the muscular system. A faster metabolsim will achieve faster results. Regular participation will result in increased muscle tone, reduce the effects of ageing and improve functional movement .

Weight Training for Weight Loss

A Strength based program designed to kick the metabolism into overdrive. 3 Sets of high intensity intervals per muscle group to activate the larger muscle groups for maximum effect. Doing this program twice a week as part of a weight-loss or toning regime would increase results exponentially. Fast results guaranteed.

Pulse HIIT

45 minute HIIT. Fast paced, full body program for unparalleled results. Think assault bikes, kettle bells and lots of sweat.

Pulse Cycle

Pure Ride Classes – an intense and energy-giving spin class performed on the stationary bikes. Sweaty, fast and fun.

Spartan 1000

This class is performed on the gym floor using resistence training concepts. It requires the participants to do 1000 repetitions in 50 minutes. The workout consists of 10 exersizes with 100 repetitions of each excersize in a 4 minutes before progressing to the next station. It will test the limits of Strenght and Stamina. The goal is to burn a huge amounts of calories, speed up the metabolism which will result in a more toned and balanced physique. It is perfect for everyone trying to make a visual change to their appearance.

Rapid Results

Pulse Sculpt

A class using free weights to develop strength and definition throughout the body. Get lean whist building functional strength. A must for all fitness levels! This is a 45 minute class will work the whole body.

Pulse Boxing

Pulse Boxing is a class in which principles used to train professional Boxers, Kickboxers, Muay Thai and MMA fighters are applied. The class is adapted to suit the everyday person, yet deliver a high intensity workout which is heaps of fun.

Dynamic Yoga

Based on Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga, this practice emphasizes fluidity and heat to help with strengthening and flexibility of the body. Vinyasa (movement and breath) & Bandhas is the focus. From an emphasis on core postures, students will learn how to move between and within postures using breath correctly. This 45 minute class is more dynamic than Hatha and better suited to those looking for a more vigorous yoga class.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with poses, or asanas, that are held for longer periods of time—five minutes or longer per pose is typical. Yin Yoga targets the connective tissues, such as the ligaments, bones, and even the joints of the body that normally are not exercised very much in a more active style of asana practice. Suitable for almost all levels of students, Yin Yoga is a perfect complement to the dynamic and muscular (yang) styles of yoga that emphasize internal heat, and the lengthening and contracting of our muscles. Yin Yoga generally targets the connective tissues of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine.

CompuTrainer

The CompuTrainer class is a coaching session done on Computrainers. Participants set up thier own bicycle and use the pre-programmed virtual training routes to simulate road cycling. The session is done under supervision of a cycling or triathlon coach to maixmise performance. Metrics such as Watts, Watts per Kilo, Average Speed and Kadence are some of the variables interpreted and measured during this virtual session. Please provide your own bike.
