Located adjacent to the trendy James Street precinct, our club offers a full-service unintimidating environment to train in. Pulse Health Clubs prides itself on providing a complete fitness experience ranging from Reformer Pilates to HIIT where we cater for all fitness levels.

The PULSE mission is to incorporate our three Elements of Harmony, Focus and Intensity in all our programs.

We have 4 studios offering over 70 classes per week and a fully equipped gym floor area. Here at Pulse we welcome everyone with open arms and offering a high-quality value for money training experience with results guaranteed.

Our programs are designed to complement one another. Together the programs create a complete and harmonious approach to fitness which covers all aspects of human health. We use concepts of Compensation, Mobilization and Strengthening towards a compete approach to Physical and Mental wellbeing.

Our programs will challenge everyone to work at their optimal intensity. We know that intensity is unique to each individual and we ensure that you work at a pace which is intense enough to get the results YOU want.
